pronovem group is an association of independent local offices sharing the same customer approach and therefore applying the same quality policy.

pronovem group has several offices located in Brussels, Liège, Ghent, Lille, Luxembourg and soon in the south of the Netherlands. At each location we provide services aimed essentially at local clients in the I.P. field, especially for the drafting, filing and prosecution of patents and for the registration of trademarks or models. This results in a thorough knowledge of the industrial network of each region.

We have been involved in more than 2,000 European published patent applications. The applicants are mainly direct clients from Belgium and Luxembourg, and recently from France and the Netherlands. More than 80% of the applications have been drafted by us. We are acting as representative for American and Japanese clients for approximately 20% of the applications. Therefore, each of our offices has at least one local patent attorney entitled to act before his/her National Patent Office.
