This growing interest for protection can be felt in the different fields of Intellectual Property such as patents, trademarks and models, especially for their R&D departments.
The candidates will be working in a well-reputed and growing group having contacts throughout Europe. They will be given the opportunity to expand their experience. They will receive training in the Administration of Intellectual Property.

Full time function

Function
The available position involves contact with clients such as small and medium sized companies or major industrial companies, in order to prepare in depth analyses of each project, to formulate advice concerning the patentability of inventions, to draft and file patent applications and to defend them before the official Patent Offices. For legal and administrative aspects, the candidates will be assisted by other staff members.

Profile
The ideal candidate has graduated as a Civil/ Industrial Engineer (possibly with additional training) or as a Master degree in PHYSIC or MECHANIC. Experience in the industry and/ or R&D and a strong interest in innovation and patents are an asset.
An analytical mind, flexible contact with other staff members and a natural aptitude for setting up realistic reports are essential, as is the ability to work individually.

An experience of at least 3 years in the field of patents is highly preferred.

Languages
- Perfect knowledge of French
- Very good knowledge (spoken & written) of English
- Knowledge of German is an advantage.
